After discussing the first copy of the script we realised that there were gaps in the story which would leave the audience confused. To avoid this, we corrected the script to make a short film that the four of us were satisfied with and we felt that it would all be explained successfully in the new script. Taking into account our time limitations, we came up with the idea to add a monologue overlay to the film. This supported the film noir theme we were going for and also it would enable the narrator to explain even more and it would help the audience become more engaged with the story.
